Responsabilités
- Définir, respecter et appliquer les meilleures pratiques de développement et d’architecture logicielle;
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit, affaires et infrastructure pour assurer la cohérence des solutions rehaussées;
- Produire la documentation technique des solutions développées ou adaptées;
- Encadrer et guider les membres de l’équipe sur les aspects techniques et méthodologiques;
- S'assurer de l'application des normes d’architecture logicielles sécuritaires;
- Définir l’extensibilité/la capacité de mise à l’échelle;
- Résoudre des problèmes complexes;
- Accompagner des parties concernées dans la prise de décision et la compréhension.
Qualifications
- Maitrise des produits GW Cloud et plus particulièrement Policy Center, mais aussi de Claims Center et/ou Billing Center y compris les certifications GW requises pour bien jouer le rôle (Certification GW ACE);
- Excellente compréhension des architectures logicielles et des intégrations d’API;
- Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies et leur application dans un contexte d’assurance (ex. APD – Advanced Product Designer);
- Démontrer un excellent leadership dans ses actions et interventions;
- Posséder de fortes habilités en communication. Par exemple, en vulgarisant des concepts techniques;
- Être en mesure de travailler sur des dossiers complexes comprenant différentes dimensions (développement, infrastructure, sécurité);
- Être capable de travailler sur plusieurs dossiers à la fois;
- Posséder une forte tolérance face à l’ambiguïté et l’incertitude.
