We are currently looking for a permanent custodian to look after buildings in Aspen Woods, Calgary:
As a condominium custodian, you will be responsible for keeping all common areas of your buildings clean and tidy, while providing excellent customer service to the buildings' residents.
Job Requirements
- Vehicle not required.
- Moderate physical activity - must be able to carry 10lbs of equipment (backpack vacuum).
- Candidates must be passionate for cleaning, fast but thorough.
- Reliable and detail oriented.
- Able to work Monday through Friday during the day.
- Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision.
