Job Summary:
Timeless Construction Enterprise is a growing construction company looking for skilled formwork carpenters. We are looking for people with experience and knowledge in the industry, people who can adapt to fast paced environment and that enjoy working. This is a physically demanding job that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work with hand tools. Knowledge of dura-form, doka/peri forming systems mandatory.
Duties and Requirements
-Setting up forms and installing formwork according to specifications
-Installing reinforcement, such as rebar , etc within the forms as per engineering requirements
-Pouring concrete , overseeing and ensuring the concrete is properly mixed
-Removing forms once the concrete has cured
-Maintain a clean working area
-3 to 5 years experience in construction
-Valid Driver's Licence & reliable transportation to work required
-Ability to work effectively in a team setting, strong attention to detail
-Ability to perform heavy lifting and familiarity with power tools used in construction
-Read and interpret blue prints
-Strong communication skills, fast learner , willingness to learn new skills and to work with others in a team setting
- Fall Protection, CSTS, WHMIS, AWP training is an asset
