Job Overview
Strategic Wealth Preservation Canada Support Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Client Services & Onboarding Representative to join our team full-time. This hybrid role requires two days per week in-office (Golden, BC or Montreal, QC), with the remaining days working remotely.
A key requirement is daily availability from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM EST or 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM MST to handle email, live chat and phone-based client inquiries, while also supporting client onboarding and basic compliance tasks throughout the workday. This position plays a central role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational accuracy during account setup and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support
· Respond to emails, live chat and phone inquiries from clients
· Resolve client questions and concerns promptly and professionally
· Deliver a high standard of client care in line with SWP service expectations
· Document client interactions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM System
Onboarding and Documentation
· Review and verify incoming client documentation (e.g. Know Your Client, Identification)
· Ensure required documents are collected, kept up-to-date and meet compliance standards
· Enter and maintain client data in the CRM and related systems
· Communicate clearly with clients to guide them through onboarding steps
Administration and Compliance Support
· Perform light compliance functions, including file reviews, follow-ups for missing documents and internal checklist completion
· Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Sales, Operations) to ensure client transitions are smooth and files are complete
· Identify potential documentation or compliance gaps and escalate as needed
Process and Systems
· Maintain a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
· Proactively recommend ways to improve client service and onboarding efficiency
· Always follow internal procedures and strict confidentiality protocols
Skills and Attributes
· Professional communication skills (verbal and written) French or English as a fluent second language is an asset.
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
· Able to work independently while managing time across dual responsibilities
· Comfortable using live chat, phone systems and document management tools
Qualifications / Experience:
· High school diploma required; college or university degree preferred
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client service, onboarding or administrative role
· Experience with compliance documentation (E.G. KYC/AML processes) is an asset
· Prior experience with CRM systems and cloud-based platforms preferred

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
