We’re hiring a Commercial Territory Manager to build strong relationships with Architects and Designers, commercial bid & installation firms and commercial departments at floor stores. As the face of Ceratec, you’ll promote our products and values with passion and integrity.
Primary Duties:
- Build trusted relationships within the commercial flooring network and become a go-to resource for clients.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities while developing tailored strategies for each account.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, including pricing, quoting, and value engineering.
- Collaborate closely with the commercial departments of our floor stores, as well as with the Regional Sales Manager, VP of Sales, and fellow Territory Managers.
- Deliver product knowledge sessions to build credibility.
- Stay connected with customers through regular touchpoints (calls, emails, visits, lunch & learns).
- Promote our company website as well as its tools, features and technology (lightbeans).
- Update & regularly use our CRM to keep track of the project pipeline.
- Remain updated on market needs, industry trends and customer needs to stay competitive.
- Other related duties.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sales representative (flooring industry preferred).
- Strong communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
- Creative, curious and proactive mindset with a passion for design.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar) and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s licence.
