Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is growing and has a new opportunity for a Commercial Insurance Advisor in Fort St. John, BC, at our Small Business Solutions team. We are looking for a career minded individual who is focused on growing their insurance industry knowledge and experience.
Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $50,000 to $75,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
Westland also offers a competitive commission for this role.

- Insurance broker license Level 2 or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided!)
- 2-5 years of commercial or personal lines insurance experience

- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
- Uncover clients’ business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
