Job Responsibilities:
- Install or replace commercial roofing systems such as TPO
- Install barriers and/or layers of insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs and seal the seams
- Install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing systems
- Completion of roofing systems on new construction projects and re-roofing projects
- Assist and help other team members with job requirements if needed
- Maintain Health & Safety standards and follow safety regulations
Job Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Commercial Roofing
- Experience with TPO roofing applications
- Have a valid Driver’s license and a reliable method of transportation
- Skilled in the use of hot air heat welders, robot welders, tear-off equipment, hydraulic hoists, and other roofing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and detect leaks
- Weight handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
- Knowledge of Ontario safety regulations
- Access to tools/equipment and CSA-approved safety gear
- Must be flexible with working hours and able to travel out of town as needed
- Working at Heights Certificate
