Bhasin Building Maintenance Ltd. is currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team in Nelson, BC. This position will involve maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial and residential buildings. Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, corridors, restrooms, and other common areas.
- Use floor scrubber machines and burnishers to clean and maintain floor surfaces.
- Stripping and waxing floors to restore and maintain their appearance.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and detailed sanitizing of all surfaces.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including desks, tables, and shelves.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.

- Maintain and stock cleaning supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Working hours: Between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM (timing may vary within this window)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
