We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Combo Vac Swamper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operations within the oil and gas industry,. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with heavy equipment. As a Combo Vac Swamper, you will assist in the safe and efficient operation of combo vacuum trucks while collaborating with other team members on site.
Duties
- Assist in the operation of combo vacuum trucks for the removal of waste materials and fluids from drilling sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks associated with heavy equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a swamper or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience operating heavy equipment.
- A valid commercial driving license may be required depending on specific job duties.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with crew members.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
