This is a freelance position. The hours are flexible, but could be 20 - 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- sort fabric swatches
- arrange colour swatches into palettes
- glue fabric swatches onto cards and insert cards into wallets
- assemble fabrics into sets
- quality check work done by wallet-assemblers
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail
- Able to perceive subtle differences in colour
- Able to arrange colours according to the colour spectrum
The job of Colour Sorter is done in our location in Nobleton. For the first two weeks of training, you would receive $18/hour. If you demonstrate colour awareness and are able to sort and arrange colours appropriately, you will receive $20/hour. We will also provide free online training in colour theory and colour analysis, which you can complete on your own time (we typically charge $1247 for this training).
