We are currently hiring for CoCo Baristas/Cashiers.
As a CoCo Barista responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
-Work in a fast paced and social environment that delivers a world class guest experience.
-Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the CoCo brand.
-Demonstrate the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
-Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
-Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
-Provide quality beverages consistently to customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards as set forth by Coco's standards.
-Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Required Knowledge and Abilities:
-Ability to learn quickly
-Ability to work in a team environment
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
-Assists with a variety of bar-related functions as needed
-Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage
-Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
-Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area
-Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
