We are now expanding globally — and looking for a passionate leader to head our Canada operations.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Co-Founder/Regional Partner for the Canada region to help us build Sofodel’s presence, client base, and operations in the North American market. This is an entrepreneurial role — ideal for someone who wants to grow a business, drive impact, and build something meaningful from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Sofodel in Canada and build a strong regional presence
- Identify and onboard clients, strategic partners, and resellers
- Oversee project coordination between Canadian clients and the India HQ team
- Participate in key decisions around marketing, branding, and sales strategy for the region
- Help with hiring or forming a local team (as needed)
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Drive revenue and profitability for the Canada operations
Ideal Candidate:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with business development experience
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, or web development (agency or freelance)
- Strong local network in Canada (startups, businesses, SMEs, or agencies)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Driven, responsible, and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Open to long-term commitment and scaling a business

This is not a salary-based job. It is a co-founder-level opportunity with profit-sharing or equity options, depending on your contribution and agreement. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, take ownership of the Canada region, and build something big — not just work for Sofodel, but build Sofodel with us.
