We are looking to hire a Full-time Clinical Support Aide to work at our Vancouver Clinic.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Medical Device Reprocessing Technician and Medical Supply Maintenance
- Perform duties related to the reprocessing and sterilizing medical instruments.
- Maintains inventories of clinic supplies and equipment by performing duties such as: ordering; monitoring inventory levels; receiving, verifying, documenting, distributing, and storing shipments received.
- Completion of online modules on Medical Device Reprocessing.
- Perform related clerical duties.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 plus one year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written), other language(s) would be an asset.
- Previous experience working in a medical office would be an asset.
Knowledge & Abilities:
- Maintains an orderly and safe work environment following departmental safety procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, energetic, and hard working.
- Mathematical aptitude.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written), other language(s) would be an asset.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, Adobe.
Details:
- Salary: $20.00 - $23.00/hour
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm
- Location: Seymour Health, 1530 W. 7th Ave., Vancouver
- Expected Start Date: July 28, 2025
