Job Title: Clinical Assistant / Physician Assistant (Full-Time)

Description:
Diagnostiks Medical Group Inc. is seeking full-time Clinical Assistants / Physician Assistants to join our team at newly established family practice and walk-in clinics in Winnipeg.
In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of experienced family physicians, providing patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing acute and chronic conditions, documenting in electronic medical records (EMRs), and working closely with other healthcare professionals to support positive health outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM)
- Medical degree (for Clinical Assistants) or completion of an accredited PA program (for Physician Assistants)
- Previous clinical experience in hospital or outpatient settings is an asset
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems
