We are looking for a Full-Time Clinical Assistant to support a busy, multifaceted, patient-centered wellness clinic.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, strong computer knowledge, and be proficient in multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting and checking in patients and escorting them to treatment room
- Communicate effectively with clients in person and over the phone.
- Provide clear and detailed information about our services to clients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring a smooth clinic workflow.
- Liaise with insurance companies for client claims.
- Collecting payments/billing third party insurance companies
- Assist therapists with treatments and clinic tasks as needed.
- Prepare, clean, and reset treatment rooms after each session.
- Perform laundry duties to maintain clean linens and supplies.
- Manage and maintain client documents and files.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or wellness setting.
- Proficient computer and phone skills.
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including cleaning and assisting therapists.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a caring, empathetic personality to support client's wellness needs.

Expected hours: 8-16 hours per week
Work hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Hourly rate is $15.80 – 20 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and
transferable skills.
