United West Winnipeg is currently hiring a Client Service Representative for a residential campaign on behalf of national clients like Rogers, as authorized representatives.
In this role, you’ll engage with potential customers in residential areas, promote service options, and help them choose the best-fit solutions based on their needs. You'll act as a knowledgeable and trusted representative, supporting customers through the decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and explain telecommunications services to customers with pre-qualified leads
- Support customer acquisition by guiding purchase decisions and contributing to sales goals
- Provide accurate information and address questions confidently and professionally
- Recommend suitable service options based on customer needs
- Represent client brands with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity
- Stay up to date on promotions, service features, and local offerings
- Achieve personal and team performance goals related to outreach and customer interactions
- Take part in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, self-driven, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Experience in customer service or sales is an asset, but not required
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Full-time availability
