We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cleaning tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Assist with commercial cleaning projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods while completing cleaning duties.
