Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Utilize custodial equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high-quality cleaning results.
- Handle heavy lifting of furniture or equipment as necessary during cleaning processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns related to cleanliness or maintenance.
- Assist with commercial cleaning projects as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Proven ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Experience in custodial work or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills to address client needs and concerns professionally.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability for heavy lifting as required by specific cleaning assignments.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and safety regulations is a plus.
