Key Responsibilities:
- Perform top-tier cleaning services in a variety of settings, including residential homes, commercial businesses, and post-construction sites.
- Serve as a trainer and mentor for new employees, ensuring they are fully trained to meet our company’s strict standards of quality and efficiency.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the proper techniques, use of equipment, and safety protocols for each job type.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Maintain a high level of reliability and punctuality, acting as a trusted anchor for the team.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure all expectations are met and to address any concerns.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure all tasks meet our company’s signature level of detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional cleaning experience is required.
- Proven ability to work well as part of a team and to lead others.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering immaculate results.
- Knowledge of various cleaning methods, products, and equipment for different environments.
- Must be highly reliable and responsible.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience in a supervisory or training role is a significant asset.
