Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role is for someone who is looking to work in luxury homes and commercial buildings. Must be driven to provide exceptional service with attention to details as a main focus.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Provide floor care services such as carpet cleaning and maintenance of hard surface floors.
- Assist with cooking and meal preparation as needed, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
