Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. You will be cleaning a residential building every 3 weeks and occasionally cleaning units after tenants move out.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential and ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Clean vacant units after move out/eviction.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms .
- Utilize custodial equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning is mandatory
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- You must have your own vehicle.
