Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct custodial duties such as restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
- Engage with clients and staff to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Assist with heavy lifting as needed for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning activities.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
