Sturdybee Property Solutions is a growing property maintenance and renovation company serving the lower mainland. We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning and property care services for residential, commercial, and post-construction projects.
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on an on-call basis, offering flexible scheduling with a minimum of 20 hours per week with the opportunity for additional hours based on workload.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties for residential, commercial, post-construction, and move-in/move-out projects
- Safely use professional cleaning equipment and products
- Follow company standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Work independently or with team members depending on the project
- Travel to various job sites across Metro Vancouver (using own vehicle)
- Ensure timely arrivals at client locations
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while on site
Candidate Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (or higher) and own vehicle
- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, post-construction, or move-in/move-out preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience using cleaning tools, products, and equipment
- Availability to work on-call with a flexible schedule, minimum 20 hours per week
