Chiropractic Associate Position

We are looking for a Chiropractic Doctor.
A doctor who is eager to learn, grow and become highly successful in their chiropractic career.
This is more than an associate opportunity. It is a success mentorship program.
You will be working closely with I.C.P.A.-C.A.C.C.P. and Webster Certified, Dr. Michael Schultz.
Schultz Chiropractic is a very busy, neurological-based, family wellness practice with a focus on pediatric cases.
Our practice focuses on neurological cases. You will be exposed to caring for patients with a variety of health issues such as ALS, colitis, torticollis, multiple sclerosis, latching issues, infantile colic, Crohn’s and colitis, and more.
You will also learn to care for children. Our goal with pediatric care is to detect and correct the earliest stages of neurological trauma (i.e. birth trauma) to ensure that our young patients have the highest long-term health outcomes (Preventative Care).

You will learn the intricate skills of caring for newborn children, toddlers, and teenagers, a niche that is in very high demand.
You will be trained in doing comprehensive neurological-based examinations, as well as proper adjusting techniques, which will help enable you to take exceptional care of your patients.
You will learn about the effects of birth trauma and how to care for newborn children. You will master the infant examination, one of the most important skills to develop in chiropractic.
You will be exposed to working with complex neurological cases.
You will learn how to place patients on the appropriate care schedules to not only ensure that patients get well, but also stay well.
You will learn how to build a successful referral-based wellness practice, where patients come with their family members.
You will have our full team support, including regularly scheduled meetings, clinical training sessions, and progress reviews to ensure that your clinical skills and overall practice success thrives.

An electronic healthcare records system, including wall-mounted touch screens.

Stability with working in a 22+ year successful chiropractic office team and location.
Percentage (%) split agreement.
You will be growing your own patient base as well as seeing existing clinic patients.
We are looking for a long-term business relationship. We will start with an associate agreement and down the road there will be potential for partnership and even full ownership of the practice.
