We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to lead our team and keep our office running smoothly.
Position Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the chiropractic office, managing staff, coordinating administrative procedures, and ensuring a high standard of patient service. This position requires excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to handle a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processing.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Manage inventory and order office and medical supplies as needed.
Operational Oversight:
- Develop and implement office protocols and procedures.
- Monitor day-to-day workflow and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Report directly to the Chiropractor/Owner and assist with strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a healthcare or chiropractic setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., ChiroTouch, JaneApp, Atlas).
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and adapt quickly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
Schedule:
