We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. Duties
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime.
- Provide care for children with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met with patience and understanding.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes emotional well-being and social skills.
Skills
- Proven experience in caregiving, particularly with children of various ages.
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily routines effectively.
- Educational background or experience in teaching or tutoring is a plus.
- Patience and empathy when working with children, especially those with disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with both children and parents.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and organization in the home environment.
