Your Role
As our Level II Dental Assistant, you will work chairside with our dentists and hygienists to provide efficient, gentle care while helping patients feel at ease. You’ll use your expanded skills to make each visit smooth and comfortable, and you’ll play a vital role in keeping our clinical areas organized, clean, and compliant with IPAC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance for all dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments in accordance with IPAC protocols
- Manage patient records and treatment notes accurately
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain a clean, organized operatory and back office
Qualifications:
- Certified Level II Dental Assistant (ODA/ODAA) with NDAEB certification
- Minimum 2 years chairside experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental software an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for patient care
- Experience with Sedation, Surgery, Dental Implants, Cerec cad-cam, Itero and Invisalign would be an advantages
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
