Lombard Manor is looking for a casual day and evening UCP .
Candidate will be responsible for medication administration , support with ADL's as needed .
UCP's will be required to document, and communicate with all members of health teams .
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
