We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Customer Service to join our team at YYC Electric Wholesale. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with their purchases. Experience and knowledge of residential/commercial electrical equipment is preferred.
Duties:
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism.
Take customer orders and pick products from the warehouse shelf.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to enhance sales opportunities.
Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Receive deliveries of product on daily basis.
perform daily and monthly inventory counts.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone when necessary.
Support technology sales by demonstrating product features and benefits.
Carry boxes up to 18kg.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is advantageous but not required.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
