Employees will be interacting with an array of customers and will be responsible for both transactions and interactions to ensure customers have a good experience. Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions.
- Estimate and collect money owed from customers.
- Comply with bank security procedures.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing paperwork, sorting mail, and preparing bank statements.
- Help customers use bank services such as ATMs and statement copies.
- Answer telephone calls from customers.
