We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier/Food Service Associate to join our team. Duties

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including dining spaces and food preparation zones.
- Prepare limited food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and dietary options, to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Maintain inventory of Beverage items and supplies.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with technology sales or POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided for all necessary tools.
- Must possess basic math skills and are familiar with Canadian currency and making change.
- Must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time.
- Must be carry to lift and carry 15+ pounds
