We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring merchandising displays are well-stocked and appealing.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is a plus.
