Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring cash handling procedures are followed.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support for technology-related items.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display to attract customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring a resolution that meets company standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while maintaining quality interactions.
- Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer calls and addressing inquiries.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is a plus, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to conduct product demos effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
