We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Provide product demonstrations and effectively communicate features and benefits to enhance customer understanding.
- Maintain an organized checkout area and ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and keeping track of product availability.
- Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and experience using POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- A passion for technology sales or experience in demonstrating tech products is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Pro Serve AGLC License Required
