Position Overview
As a full-time cashier, you’ll be the first face our guests see. Your role is to provide excellent customer service, process orders efficiently, and help maintain a welcoming environment. You’ll also support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and front-of-house area
- Assist with packing takeout and UberEats orders
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and speed
- Provide guests with menu information and help answer questions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or restaurants is an asset (not required — we provide training!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Bilingual (English & French)
