We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for processing transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain high standards of service.
- Handling food, Making sauces, salads and packaging.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant is preferred but willing to train right candidate.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong upselling skills to maximize sales potential during customer interactions.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
