Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our Construction team. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks including installation of post frame buildings and installation of metal cladding and windows and doors. Willing to train the right candidate. Telehandler and skid steer experience is a huge asset. Class 5 drivers license will be required but for the right candidate we could see if something can work. This role consists of building post frame structures all over Saskatchewan. Most of the work requires on the road work. Hotels and meals will be provided. Schedule may consist of Mon-Fri or a 10-4 schedule. Consistent work throughout the year and through winter. Competitive and fair wages
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks including carpentry and metal roofing/siding.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as necessary to complete job assignments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry or related fields with a strong understanding of construction practices.
- Familiarity with Telehandlers and skid steers but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform roofing tasks when necessary, demonstrating versatility in skill set.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients efficiently.
- A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job site locations.

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
