Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of <PERSON>. Duties

- Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
- Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and fabrication activities
- Install rebar as required for structural integrity
- Participate in roofing, siding, and flooring installation projects
- Conduct cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation with attention to detail
- Carry out water damage restoration and mold remediation tasks as needed
- Assist in masonry work and plumbing installations when required
- Perform remodeling tasks including tile laying and heavy lifting as necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry and restoration
- Familiarity with construction painting, metal stud framing, CNC operations, and assembly processes is advantageous
- Strong understanding of restoration industry practices is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor consistently throughout the workday
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in all aspects of work performed
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on job site locations
