Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including cabinet installation, masonry work, framing, drywall. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and performing electrical work as needed. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
Responsibilities
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and drywall.
- Assemble cabinets and furniture according to specifications.
- Perform masonry work as required for various projects.
- Use power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
- Apply caulking to seal joints and openings for weatherproofing.
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square according to project requirements.
- Able to work alone with minimal assistance.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical or plumbing systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to carpentry work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
