. Must be able to obtain a RAIC
· Current RAIC holders/Airport Screening exp will be given preference
· Must have a strong command of English
· Must have a valid Provincial Security License
· Must have a valid Emergency First aid and CPR certification.
· Possess or have access to a vehicle for transportation

Cargo/Airport experience – Preferred

Duties shall include but will not necessarily be limited to:
- On site FT, engaging with staff, ensuring proper appearance/uniform and PPE are worn at all times.
- Engage with the client daily ensuring any/all issues/concerns are addressed immediately.
- First point of contact for any staff related issues/complaints/requests.
- First point of contact for all client needs with Management support as needed.
- Lead mentor, train field staff.
- Monitor operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Be flexible and able to assist with cargo screening/related duties/responsibilities as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining KPI’s.
- Organize, arrange and participate as Employer representative for YUL JHSC program.
- Appear on behalf of Logixx on any Union related matters as needed.
- Min 1 site audit per working day and monitor staff compliance of Government policies and procedures.
- Supervisors Daily Notes submission, end of each workday.
- Assist Ops with all schedule related duties/maintenance, vacation, day off requests, sick coverage and OT reporting.
- Recruitment, interviews and training of new recruits including all onboarding associated paperwork deliverable to Management in a timely manner.
- Disciplinary action with advanced action/termination reported to Management for consideration.
- Security License/RAIC Audits including application process and expiration monitoring ensuring all staff are compliant.
- Yearly Staff Evaluations
- Additional duties as required.
