Our accredited Cardiac Clinic is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, reliable Cardiac Sonographer to fill a full time position. We are looking for a team player who thrives in a steady paced environment and enjoys working directly with people to join our team.
Duties Include:
- Prepare and position patient for echocardiography exam and explain procedure.
- Operate cardiac ultrasound and doppler equipment to perform procedure according to physician's directive.
- Observe screen during scan to ensure satisfactory images for diagnostic purposes, making adjustments as required.
- Provide echocardiogram and written summary of technical findings to physician for use in medical diagnosis via Study Cast.
- Maintain equipment.
Qualifications/Skills:
- RDCS/ARDMS certification
- CMRTO certification
- Experience with stress echocardiography
- Experience with contrast studies preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Good bedside manner
- Team collaboration
- Skillful attention to detail
- Great social/interpersonal skills
- Cardiac terminology/abbreviations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $62,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
