Overview
Meal Preparation & Kitchen Management:
Prepare and cook meals for campers and staff, following dietary guidelines and camp menus.
Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organized, and meets safety standards.
Assist with menu planning and accommodate special dietary requirements.
Maintain proper food storage and handling practices in compliance with health regulations.
Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
General Duties:
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing duties.
Communicate effectively with staff regarding daily tasks and needs.
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and cooperative environment for staff and campers.
Requirements:
Must provide your own transportation to and from the facility.
Must have valid Pro-Serv certification.
Must have strong command of the English language.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be physically fit and able to perform duties as required.
