As a Call Center Operator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, offering assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring efficient communication within our team.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing client questions and concerns.
Provide accurate information regarding immigration processes, requirements, and services.
Schedule consultations and follow-ups with immigration consultants.
Maintain and update client records in the database.
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.37-$26.42 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
