As a Call Center Operator at our travel agency, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with travel bookings. Your friendly demeanor, clear communication, and problem-solving skills will ensure a positive experience for our clients, helping them plan their perfect trips.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Support:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide accurate information on flights, hotels, car rentals, packages, and travel policies.
Reservations & Bookings:
- Confirm bookings, issue tickets, and send itineraries to customers.
- Upsell additional services (travel insurance, upgrades, excursions) when appropriate.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem solving and initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.06-$26.10 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
