Job Overview:
As a Call Center Operator at our Child Care Agency, you will be the first point of contact for families, caregivers, and community partners seeking assistance. Your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, providing information about agency services, programs, and policies.
- Screen and route calls to the appropriate staff or department based on caller needs.
- Assist with inquiries regarding child care referrals, enrollment, subsidies, and provider qualifications.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and follow-ups in the agency’s database.
- Support administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and updating contact lists.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.27-$26.18 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
