We are seeking a dynamic Call Agent to join our team. As a Call Agent, you will engage with customers with outbound calls for new sales opportunities and previous customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls
- Provide accurate information regarding products or services
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Experience:
- Proficient in English with excellent written communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual capabilities are beneficial for engaging diverse customer bases
