Duties

- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed.
- Manage time effectively to minimize wait times for customers during peak hours.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus to better assist diverse customers.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone.
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales is advantageous.
- Organizational skills to keep track of inventory and store displays.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively to engage customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
