We're Hiring: Café Manager
Location: Harbour Merchant Coffee Company; Port Stanley
Schedule: Thursday to Monday; 9:30-5:30
Are you a coffee-loving leader who thrives in a fast-paced, upbeat environment? Harbour Merchant Coffee Company is looking for a dedicated Café Manager to join our crew and help steer the ship. We're a busy third wave café nestled in the heart of Port Stanley, known for serious coffee, a fun-loving team, and a strong connection to our community.
What You'll Do:
As Café Manager, you'll keep daily operations running smoothly, support and lead our team of "Beans," and help maintain the high standards we’re known for. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily café operations
- Managing inventory and ordering
- Leading, training, and supporting staff
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with ownership on seasonal menus and events
What You Bring:
- Previous barista experience (latte art chops are a plus!)
- Proven management or leadership experience in a café or similar setting
- A love for people, quality coffee, and keeping things organized
- Availability Thursday to Monday
