Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker / Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building, assembling, and installing custom cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, closets, and other residential or commercial spaces. You will be responsible for delivering precise craftsmanship and ensuring a flawless finish on every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble cabinets according to blueprints, drawings, or customer specifications
- Install cabinets, countertops, and related hardware on-site with precision and care
- Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of all installed cabinetry
- Repair, adjust, or modify existing cabinetry as required
- Work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure the finished product meets expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop and job site
- Follow all safety guidelines and building codes
Requirements:
- Must be certified and insured in cabinet making, carpentry, or a related trade
- Proven experience as a cabinet maker and installer
- Strong woodworking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and cabinets
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with custom, high-end cabinetry projects
- Knowledge of various wood types, finishes, and hardware systems
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and advanced woodworking techniques
