Are you a skilled cabinetry installer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship? Spectrum Cabinet Gallery is looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Cabinetry Installer to join our small run family business
About the Role:
As a Cabinetry Installer, you will work independently on residential and commercial projects, bringing custom cabinetry to life with precision and care. You'll also collaborate closely with our in-house design to ensure every installation meets our high standards and exceeds client expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Install custom and semi-custom cabinetry in homes and businesses
- Read and interpret 2020 design plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and other team members
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure a flawless finish
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment and uphold safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in cabinetry installation (3+ years preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and your own set of tools
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
- Able to provide proof of insurance and WCB
Wage Expectations:
- We are looking for contractors and sub-contractors.
- Box rate will be provided with each job
